The challenge
Every new client meant filling out forms, drafting contracts and powers of attorney by hand, issuing charges and collecting signatures in person.
The solution
I created a web system where the team fills in a single form and the system generates contracts and powers of attorney in DOCX e PDF, creates the payment link with fee splitting, sends everything over WhatsApp and collects the e-signature.
