The challenge
Creating one-off charges and tracking who had paid took up the team's time and left no reliable trail for financial review.
The solution
I developed a system integrated with the payment gateway that creates links in seconds, sends the charge over WhatsApp and updates its status via webhook. Every action is recorded in an audit trail, and access is controlled by roles (RBAC).
