The challenge
Collections relied on spreadsheets, manual messages and checking payments one by one. On top of that, every partner office needed its own environment, with an isolated domain and data.
The solution
I built a multi-tenant platform where every partner gets its own subdomain with an automatically issued SSL certificate. Collection workflows send WhatsApp messages with instant-payment (Pix) codes, and payment-gateway webhooks automatically settle installments, invoices and debts.
